01.Welding
At TC Mobile Welding we offer a wide range of welding services. From in house projects to on-site calls, steel to aluminum; we are skilled in many processes. We are a certified welding company for anything structural, and our certifications include, but are not limited to, AWS B2.1.
02.Hydraulic Cylinder Repair
Now offering hydraulic cylinder and equipment repair. Capable of removing, resealing, welding, and machining in house. Also offering on-site repairs if necessary for job completion. We are also offering hydraulic hose fabrication. Capable of fabricating hose sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1-1/4".
03.Mobile Welding
Here at TC, we pride ourselves in the ability to offer mobile welding and repair to any customer. Capable of welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum on-site. Welding machine capabilities go up to 500 amp.
04.Machining
With almost two decades of experience, we can handle the most difficult machining and/or repair jobs. We have CNC mill capabilities with the ability for 3D parts. As well as lathe capabilities up to 22 inches in diameter and up to 12 feet long.
05.Line Boring
We are proud to offer line boring services here at TC. We can handle anything from tearing the machine down to be bored or simply just boring the part needed. We have a wide range of hole sizes that we can offer as well.
06.Equipment Repair
At TC we offer a wide range of equipment repair. We have provided repair services in quarries, log yards, farms, and much more. We are certified to weld crane lattices. We also can repair cracks in machines or slice out stuck pins.
07.Fabrication
Here at TC Welding & Fabrication we can handle any type of fabrication project. We are capable of making parts to your specified print or custom draw one for you. Whether it be for a commercial customer or residential customer; our job is to create your needed parts to the specified dimensions to the very best of our ability. Making it easier for you to get your job/project complete.
08.Waterjet
Now offering waterjet services. Capable of cutting steel, aluminum, plastic, rubber, wood, brass, copper, titanium material up to a size of 5 ft X 10 ft and up to 8 inches thick.
